Our cold rooms and freezers are available from smaller sizes to bigger walk-in models. There are no any dimension limits we can do any sizes and variations what our customer needs. Special sizes can be adapted to any storage space or facility what customers have. Our partners are feeling free to plan their storage capacity based on our specific system. Cold rooms and freezers can be connected to each other.

In commercial cases it is strongly recommended to connect all of the cold rooms and freezers to each other. To use this option end users can save installation costs and useful spaces.

Our products are available for cold and freezer storage as well as any other different purposes. Generally used temperatures for cold rooms is 0 /+ 5 C, while freezers are working between –18 C and –20 C. Our products are equipped with digital thermometer and automatic controlled electronic. Customer can set wanted parameters of temperature and easily check room temperature on the electronic display. Any other functions (such as defrosting, dripping, alarms, on-off circles) can be managed by the automatic electronic control system.

Both commercial walk-in cold and freezer rooms can be built by painted metal or stainless steel. For special purposes we can use other materials as well. For example PE coated or wooden patterned walls.

With or without floor:

While walk-in cold rooms can be used with or without insulated floors, freezer must have insulated floors. Because installation cost saving and hygienic reasons we usually do not propose to use insulated floors in positive temperature cold rooms. On other hand energy savings also a big question in these days.

End users can save more than 30% of energy costs with insulated floor in a normal cold room. Immediate cost saving can arise if we leave insulated floor, but in long term it is possible to return its additional costs within few years because the energy saving. Lack of insulated floor has another additional advantage: easier cleaning of floor in case of storing of meat/milk or other dripping products.

Obviously customer has to make a decision about insulated floor of cold room. Remember: freezers must have insulated floor.

Panel surface: (outside/inside can be different!!) Standard: powder coated in RAL colour tones, or Stainless steel (circle finish, strip finish, mirrored-finish, bright polish, patterned, etc), Anodized aluminium, wooden patterned.

Electricity: 230V or 380V depends on dimensions

Condensing water: evaporated or drained

Door types: solid hinged or sliding, glassed, full glass, fire rated, electronic operated, etc.

Door opening dimensions are individual!

Corners and panel joints: with special Labyrinth bending wihout corner coving (standard hygienic corners), or normal panel bending with corner covered PVC equipment

Door thresholds: With or without threshold. Suggested to lift the coldroom's floor to the outside surface (without threshold). If threshold needed, it can be heated.

Air condensing units: Efficient and economy models of well-known brands such as Copeland, Frascold, Tecumseh L'unite, Bock, Bitzer, etc.  Air condensing units can be installed to the top of the coldroom/freezer, or outside. Silent models are available! All condensing units are equipped with heating elements for outside use!

Evaporators: Professional technology for the proper cooling inside the cold rooms/freezers. Air flow and silent heat exchangers are available for refrigerated cabinets! We use the products of the most professional brands such as ECO/Luvata, Lu-Ve, GEA, Güntner, etc.

Controllers: In most cases we install electrical controlled automatic controlls. Used technology is starting from simple models to the all-in one full supervising controllers. Used brands are the followings: Eliwell, AKO, Dixell, or Carel. Cold room temperature registration equipment is available! (connected to central controll system, or individual recording to memory or paper-based printers)
